The Woodlands triathlon (aka Pinewoods) is now in its fifth year, so test all that hard training you have been doing throughout the year and see if you can beat your time from 2016?!
This event is a super-sprint triathlon, consisting of a 300m pool swim, 17km bike through North Norfolk's rolling countryside, finishing with a 3km trail run.
It is open to all levels of athlete and we very much welcome first-timers to the sport.
